Refund policy

We can only replace a faulty device once our suppliers have confirmed that it was a manufacturing problem and not a consumers error. Then and then only will we be able to replace the device or with another device in the price range of the faulty one, if you choose a device which has a higher price as the original one you will be held liable for the price difference.

All returns will be charged to your account and if you have received store credit please note that the amount for courier costs will be deducted from the store credit
